My order got stolen before I received it and emailed their costumer service about it. The team is very kind and responsive and looked into the matter immediately. After a few days they sent me a replacement. Although it takes a bit of time to get it delivered again, it was worth the wait. It's so fun to use!
After few hours of usage, I appreciate the improvements in term of network compared to the ebo x and also the wheel system (I just wish it could take turns as easy as the ebo x). I like the extended AI aspect, gemini and GPT. The only aspect which seems lesser is the security part, the path feature is more conventional.

Been having blast with this robot o got it so my sister could come visit when ever she wants since she is states away it was so easy to connect to it and get her connected. My cats are not even scared of it n they have been playing with it and the laser is such a good way to keep them busy.
